Last Saturday, June 6, I had the pleasure of photographing the marriage of Chelsey East to Tanner Sparks at Chelsey’s brother’s home in Bayview, Texas. The atmosphere was casual, pleasant and everyone made me feel right at home. Chelsey was gorgeous in her wedding gown and Tanner and the boys looked sharp in their vests. It was a hot, humid day for an outdoor event and most everyone was quick to change into more comfortable clothing after the ceremony.
The reception was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and ribbons and photographed beautifully with the setting sun. It was a very country-western affair; the bride even wore boots under her gown! At the end of the day, Chelsey’s parents surprised the bride and groom with a stretch Hummer limousine to take them to their hotel. It was a lovely event and I am pleased that the photos were received positively. Special thanks to the brides mother, Susie, for asking me to photograph this very special day.
